When you contact us
We process your personal data solely for the purpose of processing your inquiry.
Collection and use of personal data
When you visit our website
As part of a page request, following the technical standards of the web, your web browser sends data to our web server. This includes your IP address and additional information such as what browser and operating system you use or what content types your browser can process.
Beyond this unavoidable data that your browser sends to us, we refrain from making any active attempt to obtain additional data about you. We thus refrain from setting cookies to identify you across independent connections to our web site. We also refrain from sending you active content (JavaScript) that retrieves additional data about your computing environment.
As part of its standard functionality, our web server processes the data sent by your browser to identify, compose, and send you the web content you requested.
It is common practice for web servers to retain some of the data sent by your browser in logs. This is for example done for the purposes of compiling access statistics, analyzing the effectiveness of web presentations, or to debug possible technical errors. Since our only purpose is to serve you web content, we refrain from storing any of your information beyond the point of time when
the requested web content is sent off to you.
While many web pages include external resources (images, fonts, analytics, captchas) provided by different web servers, we refrain from doing so in order to avoid to make any of your access data available to third parties.
When contacting us
You can contact us using the contact options provided. We then store and process data about your inquiry in order to compile a response and your contact data in order to send you the response.
Storage time
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected:
When you visit our website

When contacting us
All data of your inquiry is deleted when the conversation is over. The conversation is terminated when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified. We only store your personal data if this is necessary to clarify your request.
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
Our web site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich on servers in Germany (Dresden and Friedersdorf). Also our communication channels are provided by third party services. While these parties process your personal data to technically enable our offering, they are bound to confidentiality and prohibited from accessing data for any other purpose.
Legal basis for the processing
When you visit our website
The above described processing of your personal data has its legal basis in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest in this context is to operate a web site to inform interested parties about research activities within the iKoPA project.
When you contact us
